Welcome to Roufs Property Maintenance, we are a multi-generational family owned commercial cleaning and maintenance company.

We specialized in nightly cleaning and light maintenance of commercial facilities.   Our customer base is primarily made up of medical, financial, government and educational sectors.  We also serve light industrial, retail, general office and automotive/equipment dealerships.  With such a broad customer spectrum, there is no space too large (or small) and no specialized need that we can't accomodate.

James Roufs, President/CEO

James Roufs founded Roufs Cleaning Concepts in the spring of 1977.  With a motto of "Quality at a Fair Price," James turned his one man shop into a company with 50+ employees serving customers in a 100 mile radius of Duluth, MN.  In January of 2015, Roufs Cleaning Concepts was restructured into Roufs Property Maintenance, Inc. James continues to bring his decades of experience to help with the ever changing needs of our customers.

Alex Roufs, Vice President/COO.

Alex Roufs joined Roufs Cleaning Concepts in 2000 as an evening housekeeper while attending high school.  He went on to attend The College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, Minnesota where he earned a bachelors degree in Economics and Finance.  After graduation, Alex transitioned to a full time managerial role with the company.  In January of 2015 Alex was promoted to Vice President of the newly formed Roufs Property Maintenance.  Alex oversees the general operations and is constantly integrating the latest procedures and technologies to effectively meet our customers needs.
